What's on offer?
Affiliate programmes represent a virtual sales system on the internet. These virtual sales systems constitute a multifunctional aspect for visitors to your website, which in the medium term boosts the appeal and consequently the number of hits to your site. The idea is simple. The SunExpress banner appears on your website via a link. Visitors to your site are not only able to survey your products and services and but are also able to book a SunExpress flight online. We undertake the operational and logistical side of the programme, for which of course there is no charge. If your referral to SunExpress turns to a booking, you will receive a commission payout.

What is required of affiliates?
In principle, anyone can sign up who has their own website. To ensure that the synergie between your website and ours is compatible you should be operating a portal to do with tourism or related to "Turkey" or "Travel". We inspect the webpage in question and reserve the right in certain cases to refuse a prospective partner, where we feel the content of the webpage to be inconsistent with SunExpress objectives.

How to participate?
- Read the contractual terms and conditions
- Complete the application form online and send it to us.
- Affiliates resident in Turkey should also send us a copy of their company registration documents.
- You will shortly receive a SunExpress affiliate ID by e-mail.
- Choose your preferred affiliate programme. Please also consider that the booking engine is available in three languages - German, Turkish and English. On the sample pages in question you will find the leads ( html-codes, links) and banner or button. These leads can be tracked by the system which recognizes and records that a visitor has been referred to the SunExpress webpage by your website. The link is already set up. You just have to copy it and add in your ID. All you have to do is apply it onto your website yourself.
How much commission will I get and how is it paid out?
You will get a statement before the 7th of every month, which details all effective (flown) transactions and sales commission earned from the previous month (from the first to the last of that month) This means that the departure date must be before the issue date of the statement. The holiday must have already commenced. The referral commission is € 5.- per ticket.

Commissions earned in the month in question (from the first to the last of the month) will be paid out when a sum of € 250.- has been reached. Should the total be less than this, then it will be transferred to the following month. Commission will be paid by the 15th of the following month by bank draft directly into a bank account stipulated by yourself.

When you receive your statement detailing the effective transactions and ensuing commission, write an invoice for the amount shown to SunExpress Accounting......
Commission will be paid out for the previous month's transactions when a minimum sum of € 250,- has been reached. If the sum is less, then payout will take place the following month and an invoice will not be required until the following month. Commission will be paid into a bank account stipulated by you 15 days after receipt of your invoice.
How will I get information about bookings?
The customer will receive a detailed booking statement by e-mail after making the booking. To ensure you can keep track of the number of bookings taking place via your website, we will submit these statements on to you. You will receive a statement detailing all effective transactions and ensuing commission from the previous month by the 7th of the following month.
