GENERAL RULES
1. SunExpress has final authority over the organization, usage and disposition of this site; by logging on to and using the site, the user agrees to accept the usage rules and contractual terms of the site. SunExpress reserves the right to change any and all conditions, information, and/or contractual terms of this site, including site links without prior notice. Changes are valid upon being published on the site.
2. Ticket prices may vary according to season and pricing rules.
3. When using the site for reservations and ticketing, the maximum number of reservations which can be made at one time is for 5 passengers and 4 flights. For security reasons, while making reservations, you will be asked for the 3 digit security code (CVC number) of your credit card. The security code is the last 3 digits after the credit card number located on the back of the credit card next to the signature area.
4. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Once you approve purchasing the ticket. The ticket amount (including tax and other expenses) will be deducted from your credit card. The credit card holder making payment is not required to be one of the passengers. When the credit card holder is not one of the passengers their full name and e-mail address is requested during the reservation process for security purposes. Once reservations are finalized a confirmation e-mail including reservation and payment details as well as all cancellation/refund/penalty procedures is sent to both the passenger’s e-mail address and to the credit card holder’s e-mail address.
5. To receive your e-ticket documents, which serve as an invoice, please apply at the nearest SunExpress Sales Office within 7 days after flying.
Explanation
Upon payment travel arrangements are considered final. Any cancellation and/or changes made to the reservation record and flight ticket are subject to the rules shown below. The passenger consents to the following written rules:
ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. ALL PASSENGERS NCLUDING INFANTS AND CHILDREN ARE REQUIRED TO OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION. PASSENGERS WHO HAVE NOT COMPLETED BAGGAGE AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURES AT LEAST 30 MNUTES PRIOR THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE WILL LOOSE ALL ENTITLEMENTS TO THE FLIGHT.
