To ensure a trouble-free journey for sick passengers or passengers with special needs we offer the following services:
Advance seat reservations
We have specially adapted seats with folding armrests for passengers with severe walking disabilities. This allows ease of access during the flight as well as when entering and leaving the aircraft. Advance booking of these seats, companions included, is free of charge.
Please be aware that seats in the emergency exits, in the first row and in the aisle are not available for special needs reservations and that reservations should be made at least 72 hours before departure.
